Check-in/out: The chalet is available to our guests from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival
until 10.00 am on the day of departure. Please inform us of your arrival time to insure a perfect welcome service.
Smoking: For safety reasons and us a courtesy to our next guests please refrain from Smoking in the lodge.
Confirmation of reservation: Your booking is guaranteed by deposit of 50% of the total rental by bank transfer or by credit card. A security deposit of 1000 euro will be taken on arrival. Extra services will be charged at the end of you stay.
Payment: Cash or credit card (visa or master-card) are accepted
Cancellation fee: Only written cancellations are accepted. Until 4 prior arrival we charge 50 % of the total amount. From 4 to 1 week prior arrival we charge 75%. Less then 1 week before arrival we charge 100%.
Cancellation insurance
Here you can sign up a cancellation insurance, the will amount ca. 5% of the total price of your stay.

bed linen, towels, bathrobe, towel for the sauna, courtesy bath set, Firewood, well-furnished kitchen with all basics as oil, salt vinegar sugar ...
Optional service (not included)
ski and mountain-bike rentals, babysitter, massage, ski instructor, transfers, mountain or ski guide, catering service.
