Booking Terms
You may book directly by phone or via the booking form on this website.
Your reservation is guaranteed upon receipt of a 50 % deposit paid via bank transfer or credit card, at which point cancellation terms apply.
The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before arrival via bank transfer or credit card. Short-term bookings require immediate full payment.
Minimum advance booking time is 3 days before arrival (including last-minute bookings). Bank details are supplied during booking.
Accepted payment methods
Credit card (Visa or Mastercard) is recommended. Cash payments are accepted up to the Italian legal limit of € 4,999.99 per transaction.
Local tourist tax
The local tourist tax is levied in accordance with Autonomous Province of Bozen/South Tyrol regulations and is not included in the room rate. It is charged at € 3.40 per person per night (payable separately on site). Children under 14 are exempt.
Payment of the tourist tax includes the South Tyrol Guest Pass, providing free public transport and regional discounts.

Cancellations within 14 days of arrival, late arrivals, or early departures: 100 % of the total booking amount charged.
We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance to protect against unexpected disruptions.

Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all interior areas of the chalet without exception. This policy protects the historic wooden structure and ensures fire safety.

Dogs / pets
Pets are welcome only by prior arrangement. Send us an enquiry here.
Please note that although the property features a large garden and secluded setting, it is not fully fenced; pets cannot be left unattended outdoors. Surrounding woods and farms nearby contain wildlife/livestock. Dogs must be kept on a lead or supervised outdoors at all times.
Owners are fully liable for any damage caused by their pets.
Please note that leads are legally required in public spaces in Italy, and muzzles are mandatory on public transport.
